We want you to love your purchase from Duck and Stitch! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully for information on how to request a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 7 of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Items must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
Non-returnable items include:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable or intimate items (if applicable to your store)
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@duckandstitch.com
with:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable—e.g., damaged or defective items)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you:
Return instructions
Return shipping label (if applicable)
Items must be shipped back using the provided return label or an approved shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received:
Duck and Stitch will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned outside the return window
Used, worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
Items without original packaging or tags
5. Exchanges
We offer FREE exchanges for items that qualify.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@duckandstitch.com
with your order details and the item/size you’d like instead.
Exchange items ship after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@duckandstitch.com

Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the damage/defect
We will correct the issue by offering:
- A replacement
- An exchange
- A refund
- Or another appropriate solution
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once delivered.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
Check your bank statement again.
Contact your credit card company—processing may take time.
Contact your bank—there may be additional delays.
