- Tracking Details: Sent within 2–4 business days
- We ship orders from our USA and China partner warehouses depending on availability.
- Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
2. Delivery Time

07–12 business days (average)
Because we use both US and international partner warehouses, delivery may vary slightly.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and destination. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping cost, delivery time, and applicable customs fees or duties will vary based on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. Please ensure that your P.O. Box address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If your package is lost, damaged, or shows signs of tampering, please contact us at support@duckandstitch.com ,immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
